On April 19, The Hong Kong AIDS Foundation had the privilege of hosting a priority preview screening of “ALL SHALL BE WELL”, a powerful film exploring lesbian relationships. A heartfelt thank you to the nearly 200 people who joined us and made the evening so memorable!
“ALL SHALL BE WELL” has not only won the Teddy Bear Award, the highest honor for LGBTQ+ films at the Berlin Film Festival this February, but it also opened the 48th Hong Kong International Film Festival. Directed by the acclaimed Ray Yeung, known for his poignant film “Suk Suk”, this latest work continues to delve into the narratives of sexual minorities with sensitivity and insight.
The screening was followed by an enlightening discussion with Director Ray Yeung and Professor Elsie Yan from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University. Ray shared his journey through the creative and filming processes, while Professor Yan discussed the pressing issue of rights for same-sex couples.
